德银大规模裁员近万人产生了什么影响？

德银大规模裁员。尽管许多美国大型银行发布创纪录的利润，但法兰克福的旗舰贷款机构德意志银行的股价正在下跌，收入也在缩水。

与此同时，德意志银行董事长Paul Achleitner在周六举行的股东周年大会(AGM)上面临不信任的投票，他主持了无数次的战略变革，并在其掌舵的六年里，挑选了多达四位首席执行官。

越来越多有影响力的投资者，如总部位于英国的爱马仕，正加入对最新管理变革和无数战略动荡的批评。

由于大股东，如卡塔尔王室，中国海航和私募股权公司Cerberus Capital仍然支持Achleitner，他很可能不会被投票出局。但是最大的问题是反对投票有多少。前联席首席执行官Anshu Jain在2015年的银行股东大会上获得了39%的反对投票，并在几周后离开公司。

另一个更重要的问题是其收入下滑的问题。

一、判断纯银的优劣

1、印记：银质叉子银首饰一般应打上银的英文缩写("S"或"Silver")的印记。标准银的印记是S925，足银的印记是S990，但也有许多国家在银首饰上不打印记。

2、折叠色泽：银首饰多呈微带黄的银白色，呈柔和的金属光泽。因易氧化，时间久了，色泽会变成暗的黄白色。

3、折叠掂重：白银的密度为 1053克/立方厘米，925银的密度为1040克/立方厘米。比铂金、黄金小，用手掂无坠手感。钢针可以划出痕迹，也可以折弯。用这种方法可以和铂金、K白金或仿银的德银首饰相区别。

4、折叠酸试：银遇任何酸都会变色，甚至溶解。如果在银首饰的内侧滴上一滴浓盐酸，会立即生成白色苔藓状的氯化银沉淀。而其它贵金属则无此现象。

5、折叠声韵：标准银首饰落地后声音沉闷，不弹跳，不滚动。

二、925纯银指含银量925%的银质品。925代表银的纯度。 

三、分类

1、990银:  990代表含银量千分数不小于990。另一种标志是S990，意思相同。

2、925银：是指含银925%的银，在国际标准上被公认为纯银标准。

3、泰银：泰国特产，又叫“乌银”标准也是925的银含量，有许多款式还可以超越925的银含量。
